Permits for a construction/reconstruction

Presently a permit for construction makes the grounds for legal execution of construction process. Construction and reconstruction permit means getting a resolution of the State Architecture and Construction Inspection regarding its consent for performing construction works.

General procedure (applied for the buildings designed for many people residential houses of 10 floors and more or shopping or office centres). It includes: 
  1. Development of the urban land development plan.
  2. Getting urban planning specifications and constraints from the Architecture and Town Planning Administration.
  3. Development of the project and its expert appraisal.
  4. Conclusion of contracts for a construction design supervision and technical supervision. 
  5. Submission of the declaration of the construction work commencement to the State Architecture and Construction Inspection.
